Description: Good sauce for chicken or pork. I changed the original recipe to lower the sodium count by using low sodium catsup and added 1 cup of water.
Ingredients:
1 cup low sodium ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use as you would with any recipes calling for BBQ sauce.
