Description: I got this recipe from another website and modified it for my own tastes. The whole family loves them and they are good for you. I usually make them the jumbo size (makes 12 jumbo).

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Whisk eggs and buttermilk.
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients.
  3. Mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
  5. Add to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes (shorter for smaller muffins, longer for jumbo muffins).
