History: A Giant Bat is reported in Africa, feeding off live stock and endangering human lives. H.E.A.T. is called into action, bringing Godzalla along with them. Godzalla came close to vanquishing the winged mammal, but was caught in a bridge and The Bat moved in to feast on its helpless prey-until the Tachyon aliens took control of the Giant Bat. The Bat found itself apart of a Monster Army and was set loose on Paris. Eventually, the alien control was tampered with and The Bat turned on those who were intruding on its territory: the aliens. Despite the noble attempts of the winged mammal, The Giant Bat fought with the sinister Cyber Godzilla and was defeated.

The Bat survived his encounter with the cyborg and became a resident of Monster Island. Was one of the monsters freed and fought with its other mutation brethren, eventually be subdued by Godzalla and the United States Military.

In an alternate future, The Bat joined its Monster Island Occupants to engage the Dragmas in combat and was slaughtered. But in the new timeline, The Bat even to this day lives and strives on Monster Island, waiting to escape and be free

Fighting Power: ***

In a world filled with giant monsters, The Giant Bat could vouch with a new phrase: "Size Doesn't Matter". It held its own against Godzalla and succeeded in even gaining the advantage during the battle. The Bat's fangs are sharp enough to penetrate even Godzalla's thick hide. Its claws are well capable at tearing through flesh. The Bat's ability at using radar like detection while flying is outstanding. Truly, this winged creature proved itself to be superior to the most advanced fighter craft in the galaxy. While it's sonic scream isn't strong enough to deliver the force necessary to topple a creature of Godzalla's size, it is powerful enough to disrupt the sensory organs of living things and render them disabled for a period of time. But even with these abilities, The Bat receives an average rating. It is agile for a reason. If it were struck by Godzalla's thermonuclear flame, it would undeniably be incinerated. If hit by a strong attack, The Bat would meet oblivion! Even if The Bat is a formidable foe, despite its size, it would be overpowered by creatures larger than itself eventually in a physical brawl. Despite these imperfections, The Bat is still an excellent fighter.
