When and How First Discovered Helmut Lotti:
"It was on March 10, 2001 at exactly 9:03 p.m. that we first discovered Helmut Lotti and heard that golden voice.

We had just come inside after spending the entire day shovelling out after a 2-day massive snowstorm and we were absolutely exhausted. We just peeled off our snowclothes, sat down and turned on the television. We scanned through the television channels and stopped at PBS. They had just announced that they were about to air the "Michael Junior Dreamland" special, so we were curious and decided to watch it. The first song was "Panis Angelicus" - the duet with Helmut and Michael. We were so impressed by his unique style and sound. We were completely won over when we heard him sing "Friends" with Michael, especially when we found out that he had written that wonderful song as well.

The next day, we went to our local record store and bought "Helmut Lotti Goes Classic" and "Helmut Lotti Goes Classic: Final Edition". A few days later, we went out and bought "Classic II" and "Classic III" and our collection has been growing and growing ever since."
