A friend of mine invented this device. It is called the LineDancer. It's not a lure or anything like traditional tackle. It is a stainless steel apparatus that becomes a temporary eye on a spinning rod. Its function is to increase lure vibration. It works on just about any lure that I have tried. It is patent pending and is being demonstrated at outdoor consumer shows this winter. It costs $3.99 each and can be seen at Linedancerinc.com
I think it qualifies for unusual tackle. At the ICAST convention in Orlando last spring, when I asked one man If he knew what the LineDancer was, his reply was "Sure...noseplugs.." Take a look at it and you will see what I mean.
