Ingredients:

� cup corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 pkgs (8squares each) Baker�s Semi Sweet Chocolate
� cup powdered sugar, sifted
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Spray 8x8 in square pan.
Mix corn syrup and milk in 2 quart saucepan.  Add chocolate and heat over medium heat until chocolate is melted.  Stirring constantly.  Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and nut.  Beat with wooden spoon until thick and glossy. Spread into pan and chill for 2 hrs.  Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes and then cut and serve.
