Easy Corn Chowder
Ingredients:

2 cans cream corn
1 small box frozen whole kernel corn
1 can chicken broth
1 med. onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 to 2 cups. diced ham

Directions:
STOVETOP: In soup pot, saut� onion and bell pepper in 1 Tbsp.
butter (or vegetable oil) over medium heat until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until piping hot.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

CROCKPOT: Combine all in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low setting 6-8 hrs. or until veggies are tender.
Season with salt and a generous amount of black pepper and simmer 15 minutes more before serving.

Freezes or refrigerates and reheats well.
Recipe may be doubled.
