Shrimp Kabobs
Serves 4

Ingredients
1 lb. cleaned large shrimp 
2 onions, cut into wedges 
2 green peppers, cut into chunks 
1/2 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks 
Wooden skewers 
3/4 cup Teriyaki Barbecue Sauce 


Directions
Arrange shrimp, onions, green pepper and pineapple alternately on skewers. 
Place kabobs on greased grill over medium-hot coals. 
Grill 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking time. 

May be done in Broiler
Assemble kabobs as directed. Place on rack of broiler pan 3 to 5 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
