| Ingredients: 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1/3 c. melted margarine 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. vanilla 2 eggs Directions: Mix and pour into buttered dish. Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts Directions: Mix topping and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. This can be mixed one day, stored in refrigerator and cooked the next. |
