1. No state religion will be established, as the choice of a faith, philosophy or religion is the province of each citizen of Lykosha.

   However, since no one may change a person's mind for him or her, then no organizaed faith or religious group may approach a citizen or tourist of Lykosha for the purpose of converting him or her, or attempting the conversion of same, although this or that group or organization may openly hold seminars, classes, meetings, or rallies for the same purpose, since in this, the citizen may choose whether or not to attend.

2. Each religious organization or group or faith-based group must register with the government of Lykosha, so that aid may be given to each such group when such is available, which will also ensure that each such group, etc. will follow the very few simple rules of the Jarl.

   Those who do not register, or who do not follow these rules, is banned from openly practicing their belief system, for they have offended the common courtesy which should be shown to all people.
