Born in 1948. Shifu Arthur Chin started his martial arts training in 1963 with the SF Judo Institute and got a brown belt. In 1964 shifu Arthur Chin started Northern Shaolin under shifu Jack Man Wong (the famous "evil" guy who fought Bruce Lee in "Dragon, the Bruce Lee Story").
Shifu Arthur Chin never stopped training under shifu Jack Man Wong, but around 1985 also started training Tai Ji Tang Lang Quan under shifu William Fong.
Currently shifu Arthur Chin is teaching for shifu William Fong in his school in San Francisco, California (USA). This Tai Ji Tang Lang Quan school emphasize mainly hand techniques besides the traditional sets.
Shifu Arthur Chin currently studies under a few of shifu William Fong's sihings (his gong-fu uncles).
