Shifu Frank Maquardt was born in 1971 in Selm, Germany. He started training under shifu Gerhard Milbrat in 1989.
Shifu Frank trained Tai Ji Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan until 2000 when he decided to concentrate his energy on his Chen Tai Ji Quan training only.
