Shifu George Cuenca's father used to teach escrima in the Philippines and was his first martial arts instructor. Then he studied boxing and karate.
In 1978 shifu George H. Cuenca met shifu Chun Dai Soung and became his second student in USA.
Shifu George Cuenca obtained his 4th. Dan degree and continued training under shifu Chun Dai Soung.
Shifu Cuenca passed away on 23 February 2006.
