Shifu Randal Choy was appointed by his master as Martial Art Advisor to the "Hawaii Chuk Kai Organization".
Shifu Choy also has ties to the Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan branch because he studied under shifu Gregory Fong, who gave him
permission to teach back in the 1970's.
