SYNOPSIS When Gabrielle Garrett fails to make it home for a Las Vegas Christmas Eve reunion with her father and three sisters, her family is very concerned, as well they should be; her dead body is found in Lake Mead. Ruled a suicide by the coroner, and with their father DYLAN (JOE DON BAKER) in the hospital after suffering a heart attack upon learning of his daughter's death, the three Garrett sisters-KATIE (ERIKA ELENIAK) a TV reporter, BRENDA (BRENDA EPPERSON-DOUMANI) a pop singer, and JESSICA (MONIKA SCHNARRE) a computer graphics designer - embark on a journey to clear their sister's name and solve what they believe to be her murder. With the help of a seemingly insane genetic scientist (DANIEL BENZALI), the evidence points towards BYRON LLORD (JOHN TAYLOR) - the billionaire British bad-boy who may be behind their sister's death. Their journey not only draws the Garrett sisters closer than they've been in years, but helps them find a resolve in themselves and each other that even they didn't know they had, something they will need as they are led by seemingly SUPERNATURAL means to discover a dangerous side to Las Vegas that could cost them each their lives. Set against the glitter and glamour of Las Vegas, VEGAS: CITY OF DREAMS has all the promise and potential of Vegas itself, including a one-hour TELEVISION SERIES to be based upon the motion picture planned for this fall.
