Northridge is between Weld County Roads 1 1/2 and 10 1/2 (South and North borders), and between Weld County Highway 1 (County Line Road) and Weld County Road 3 (East and West). Entrance to Northridge is from either Weld County Roads 1 1/2 or 10 1/2. |
