The Wolfgramm Sisters (appearing as The Sweet Intonations)


Kelly Wolfgramm whose extensive experience and career has involved performances with Thelma Houston, CDB, Eric Burdon, and Rick Price, heads the vocal trio. She has recorded dance music with ARIA award winning dance label Vicious Vinyl, is featured on ARIA award winning album ‘The Polyester Embassy’ by Madison Avenue, and starred in various video clips for ARIA nominees Augie March. She has been involved in the Melbourne professional music scene for over six years playing regularly at major venues such as The Showroom and Mercury Lounge at Crown, The Myer Music Bowl, the Esplanade and Nightcat.

Talei Wolfgramm has worked on various projects with Kelly, often as a vocal team, including television performances on Hey Hey It’s Saturday, IMT and Good Morning Australia. Talei has toured extensively around Australia with various bands while also performing regularly in Melbourne both as a lead and backing vocalist. Talei has performed with artists such as Tina Arena, Rick Price, Ian Moss, and Eric McCusker to name a few. Talei and Eliza Wolfgramm have also performed with dance troupes as vocalists/dancers at nightclubs including The Carousel, Metro and Jooce Nightclub. Other talents of all three sisters include casual modelling and acting work, both photographic and for television, composition, and all are multi-instrumentalists. Talei was also the director of the radio documentary “Sing His Praises and Praise His Singing with Minister Anna’s Sunday Sermons” produced for BBMS (Britain’s Better Music Station) for broadcast in the UK and Switzerland. Talei has also had extensive experience in all facets of theatrical performance, including acting, writing and directing. Talei is the director of this series of Sermons with Minister Anna for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2001.
