Dear ballroom dancers,



I've been away from computer ballroom dancing since the beginning of

the year, for a couple of reasons. I am back now with a ballroom

dancing homepage (in English !) which concerns mainly the aspects of

the ballroom dancing in Brazil.

For the while it contains mainly a re-organization of messages I sent

to this list on 1995 concerning brazilian ballroom dancing, but I am

already preparing a new text about samba for the next few days. Thanks

to those who encouraged me on writting about the subject.



I take the opportunity to thanks those who gave me ballroom help in NY,

specially Cathy who introduced me and my partner to the ball at the

DanceSport studio, Natsue who told me about the Continental, Steve who

told me about lots of ballroom shops, Aria, Suzanne, Leonard and many

others who gave me lots of sugestions.
