(Activity Networks) and other is AOA (Arrow Networks).
Below figure ‘Types of
Network Diagrams’ shows the classification in a more visual
format. CPM / CPA (Critical Path Method / Critical Path Analysis) and PERT
(Program Evaluation and
Review Technique) come under Arrow networks. PDM
(Precedence Diagrams) comes
under activity diagram.
