Hot Tuna and Cheddar Sammies/Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, water-packed and drained
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green olives, chopped (optional)
- 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise, depending on amount desired
- pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, split
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, cheese, olives, mayo and pepper.
- Divide tuna mixture evenly among 4 buns.
- Wrap sandwiches loosely in aluminum foil.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
