Pink Sunset Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 3 ounces coconut rum
• 1 ounce watermelon rum
• 1 tablespoon coconut cream
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice (from jar of cherries)
• maraschino cherry
• pineapple slice

Steps:

1. Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add first 5 ingredients to shaker. Shake very well. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice.
