Whipped Cream Topping

Ingredients:

• 1 cup whipping cream or 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 1/2 teaspoons imitation vanilla

Steps:

1. Chill bowl and beaters in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
2. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
3. Add sugar and vanilla.
4. Whip mixture until stiff peaks form.
5. Recipe makes enough to cover a 9" pie.
