Have you
seen him who denies the Recompense? |

Íba uibá zibá yé etim or hók
maçi goré, |

That is he
who repulses the orphan (harshly), |

|
Ar, miskin oré hána
hábaibellá bol node. |
|
And urges
not on the feeding of Al-Miskîn (the poor), |
(4) |
|
|
Borbad óuk, ou numázi ókkol
ólla, |
|
So
woe unto those performers of Salât (prayers)
(hypocrites), |
(5) |
|
|
Zetará numáz óre sústi goré, |
|
Those who
delay their Salât (prayer from their stated fixed times). |
(6) |
|
|
Zetará daháibélla goré, |
|
Those who
do good deeds only to be seen (of men), |
(7) |
|
|
Ar, modot node. |
|
And prevent
Al-Mâ‘űn (small kindnesses like salt, sugar, water). |
