Sirloin Steak 170 grms

Pumpkin 40 grms

Snow Peas 16 grms

Carrots 22 grms

Asparagus 34 grms

Salad 1 bowl

Pickles 1 dish

Miso Soup 1 bowl

Steamed Rice 100 grms

Teriyaki Sauce 30 ml

PROCEDURES

Garnish has to be cooked with part water and part Teriyaki sauce mix and boil, keep them hot. After steak is done put teriyaki sauce on top.

� Pumpkin, snow peas and carrots - this are the garnishes which has to be cooked with parts water and part teriyaki sauce.

� Salad, pickles, miso soup, steamed rice and teriyaki sauce - make set menu like a "Gyuniku Teriyaki Set"
