Snow Peas 16 grms
Carrots 22 grms
Asparagus 34 grms
Salad 1 bowl
Pickles 1 dish
Miso Soup 1 bowl
Steamed Rice 100 grms
Teriyaki Sauce 30 ml
PROCEDURES
� Garnish has to be cooked with part water and part Teriyaki sauce mix and boil, keep them hot. After steak is done put teriyaki sauce on top.
� Pumpkin, snow peas and carrots - this are the garnishes which has to be cooked with parts water and part teriyaki sauce.
� Salad, pickles, miso soup, steamed rice and teriyaki sauce - make set menu like a "Gyuniku Teriyaki Set"
