Ingredients:

150 � � � g � � � �Sun dry beef

�40 � � �g � � � �Roca

� 40 � � � g � � � �Red �wave lettuce

� 50 � � � g � � � �Tomatoes

Procedure:

�-Slice the sun dry beef into thin slice.

� -Arrange on bed of roca leaves.

- Garnish with red wave lettuce,lemon and fresh tomatoes���
