GOHAN

Gohan is the first son to Son Goku and ChiChi. Because he is a hybrid 
(half saiya-jin, half human), he has a higher power potential than that of a 
full bred saiya-jin. After the arrival and defeat of Radditz and death of 
Goku, Piccolo takes this four year old Gohan into a forest to train for a year. 
Piccolo and Gohan develop their own little friendship/bond. When the year 
is up, and Nappa and Vegeta land and begin to fight, Piccolo takes a blast 
from Nappa meant for Gohan, killing him (rendering the dragonballs useless). 
After Mirai no Trunks informs the Z warriors of the androids, Gohan, Goku, 
and Piccolo train together. Goku realizes that Gohan could be stronger than 
himself. When Cell comes, and holds the Cell games, Gohan ends up the 
victor. Goku trains Gohan into a super saiya-jin. After Goku's unsuccessful 
attempt to be rid of Cell (resulting in his own death), and Cell sends out the 
Cell Jr.s, Gohan flips. He is so upset by the Cell Jr.s attacking his friends, 
that he surpasses ssj, and goes super saiya-jin 2. In this form, he quickly 
defeats Cell, even with an immobilized arm (courtesy of taking a blast 
meant for Vegeta's demise). After the end of Cell, Gohan's role and strength 
decrease in importance. In a lapse of 7 years, in which Chi Chi moves to 
Satan City and has Goten, Gohan doesn't train so much. He attends Orange 
Star High School, and fights *bad guys* of the city as his alter ego, the Great 
Saiya-man. One girl in his class, Videl, discovers his secret, and kinda black 
mails him into teaching her how to fly and fight. Eventually, the two marry 
(BIG suprise there :P) and have a daughter named Pan. Pan is 4 at the end of 
DBZ, and is one of the main characters of DBGT.
