Fried Potato Sandwich
1/2 pound bacon, browned
( save drippings)
2 russet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Onions
White Bread
Mustard

Fry potatoes and onions in bacon grease till
well done.
Layer bacon, potatoes, and onions
on white bread. Smear generously with
mustard. Sear briefly under open grill.

Yield: 1 sandwich
