| It is always interesting, and somewhat exiting to count the ballots at the end of each month. The results almost always have a hidden surprise. Justin's Banker's Hall image has just missed being elected to the Hall of Fame on several occations, always coming up just a vote or two short of winning. It almost happened this month again. Justin's ULM Cathedral had both the leading number of votes and appeared on the most ballots. There is however a third way for an images to be elected to the Hall of FAME, as outlined on the rules page. An images is elected to the Hall of Fame if it receives votes on 1/2 or more of the ballots submitted. That is exactly what happened to cause this images to be elected to the Hall of Fame. If my memory serves me right, that is only the second time an image has been elected in this manor. This image, has always been one of my favorites, and at last it has earned the honor it deserves.
