1. Look West. Step out 90 degrees counter-clockwise into hidari kokutsu dachi, and simultaneously execute a migi jodan ude uke and a hidari chudan ude uke. The end result is that your arms should form a "box" shape, with your left arm perpendicular to the floor and your right arm parallel to the floor above forehead level.

2. Right hand swings from jodan ude uke position to the outside (West facing) portion of the left arm such that the inner forarm of the right arm is in contact with the outer forarm of the left. The upper body rotates counter-clockwise to accomodate this elbow break, but the feet remain in place. (The idea here is that you are trapping an opponent's arm between your two arms, breaking it in the process)

3. Allowing your hips to open once more, execute a hidari chudan zuki, retracting your right hand to your right hip.

4. Look East. Step out 180 degrees clockwise into migi kokutsu dachi, and simultaneously execute a hidari jodan ude uke and a migi chudan ude uke.

5. Left hand swings from jodan ude uke position to the outside (East facing) portion of the right arm such that the inner forarm of the left arm is in contact with the outer forarm of the right. The upper body rotates clockwise to accomodate this elbow break, but the feet remain in place.

6. Allowing hips to open, execute a migi chudan zuki, retracting your left hand to your left hip.

7. Bring the left foot a half step East, towards the right foot, which is brought a half step West. The feet should end up together, facing East. Bring the right leg up in a kicking position, so that the right knee is facing south. Chamber the right fist on top of the left fist, on the left hip. Look South. Simultaneously execute a migi yoko-geri keage and a migi chudan uraken-uchi.

8. Rechamber the right leg, and step back into hidari kokutsu dachi, facing North, while executing a hidari chudan shuto uke.

9. Step forward into migi kokutsu dachi, while executing a migi chudan shuto uke.

10. Step forward into hidari kokutsu dachi, while executing a hidari chudan shuto uke.

11. Step forward into migi zenkutsu dachi, while executing a migi nukite. KIAI.

12. Bring the left leg up next to the right, still facing North. Step out 270 degrees counter-clockwise into hidari kokutsu dachi, facing East, while executing a hidari chudan shuto uke.

13. Looking SouthEast, step out 45 degrees clockwise into migi kokutsu dachi, while executing a migi chudan shuto uke.

14. Looking West, step out 135 degrees clockwise into migi kokutsu dachi, while executing a migi chudan shuto uke.

15. Looking SouthWest, step out 45 degrees clockwise into hidari kokutsu dachi, while executing a hidari chudan shuto uke.

16. Looking South, step out 45 degrees into a short hidari zenkutsu dachi, facing South, while executing a migi chudan uchi uke.

17. Still holding the block, execute a migi chudan mae geri keage. Step forward into migi zenkutsu dachi, and execute a hidari gyaku-zuki.

18. Still in migi zenkutsu dachi, execute a hidari chudan uchi uke, shortening the stance as you do so.

19. Still holding the block, execute a hidari mae geri keage. Step forward into hidari zenkutsu dachi, and execute a migi gyaku-zuki.

20. Step forward into migi zenkutsu dachi, and execute a migi morote-uke.

21. Bring the left leg up next to the right. Looking West, step out 270 degrees counter-clockwise into hidari zenkutsu dachi, while executing a hidari gedan barai.

22. Looking NorthWest, execute a hidari jodan shuto ude-uke. Immediately follow by stepping out 45 degrees clockwise into migi zenkutsu dachi, facing NorthWest, while executing a migi age uke.

23. Looking East, step out 135 degrees into migi zenkutsu dachi, while executing a migi gedan barai.

24. Looking NorthEast, execute a migi jodan shuto ude-uke. Immediately follow by stepping out 45 degrees counter-clockwise into hidari zenkutsu dachi, facing NorthEast, while executing a hidari age uke. KIAI.
