This is a view into a young girl's right sphenoid sinus.  The yellow lesion on the floor of the sinus is a small mucus retention cyst.  She was terribly afraid that it could be cancer and was pleased the findings were negative.
This is a view into a patient's left maxillary sinus via a Caldwell-Luc approach: an open approach to the sinuses.  The polypoid lesion to the left had a gritty feel and was oily in nature.  Pathology: cholesterol clefts with foreign body reaction.  No dental filling seen.
This is a view of a patient's right ethmoid cavity during ethmoidectomy.  The horizontal  "bar" of tissue is the anterior ethmoidal artery.  It was left undisturbed.  The suction is seen inferiorly.
