Appetizers

Moo Satay - Barbecued meat strips with peanut sauce, toast points and cucumber sauce.

Tod Mun Pla - Fried spicy fish cake served with cucumber salad.

Tod Mun Goong - Fried shrimp cake served with sweet peanut and chili sauce.

Kanom Bung Na Moo - Deep fried toasts with flavored ground pork mixture.

Kao Thung Na Tang - Deep fried rice cakes with vegetables and dip.

Miang Kum - Wrap of wild pepper leaf filled with ginger, peanut, chili, onion, lime, dried shrimp, toasted coconut and a sauce.

Poh Pia Tod - Fried eggroll with sweet & sour dip.

Poh Pia Sod - Fresh springroll with light flour wrap stuffed with Chinese sausage, cucumber, tofu and omelet served with scallions and sauce.

Tao Hoo Tod - Deep fried tofu served with sweet peanut sauce.

Mee Grob - Candied deep fried noodle with shrimp, scallions and fried tofu.

Nam Prik Ong - Spicy vegetable dip made from grilled peppers and flavored with kapi.

Lon Thao Jiao - Milder vegetable dip.

Yen Ta Fo - Seafood noodle consisting of rice noodle, fish ball, squid, octopus, shrimp, water morningglory, fried wanton wrapper, fried tofu pouch, fish cake, sliced pork and a red-tinted flavored broth.

Lad Na - Rice noodle with a meat and brocoli sauce poured on top.

Pad Sieu - Rice noodle colored by sweet black soy sauce with egg, brocoli and meat.

Ba Mee Moo Dang - Ramen with Chinese red pork.

Ba Mee Loog Chin - Ramen with meat balls.

Guoi Thieu Loog Chin - Rice noodle with meat ball, with or without broth.

Guoi Thieu Lod - Rolled rice noodle with meat and broth.

Pad Thai - Fried rice noodles with shrimp, Chinese chives, fried tofu, salted radish, egg, beansprouts and sprinkled with ground peanuts.

Lad Na Neua Sup - Rice noodle with curried meat sauce.

Kao Soi - Thai somen with chicken curry.

Kanom Jeen Nam Ya - Thai somen with fish curry.

Kanom Jeen Sao Nam - Thai somen with pineapple sauce and dried shrimp.

Kanom Jeen Nam Prik - Thai somen with spicy sauce.

Yum Wun Sen - Spicy marinaded cellophane noodle and shrimp salad.

Yum Neua (Yum Kee Mao or Nam Thok - Spicy beef salad.

Kao Kuk Kapi - Fried rice with shrimp paste, sweet pork and omelet strips.

Kao Pad - Fried rice with various ingredients - shrimp, Chinese sausage, etc.

Kao Mun Gai - Rice cooked in chicken broth and served with chicken, cucumber and sauce.

Seafood

Hoi Op - Mussels steamed with Thai basil, lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.

Hoi Tod - Fried oysters with egg and beansprouts and thickened with cornstarch.

Poo Jah - Deep fried crab cake flavored with red curry.

Stir-fries

Pad Prik Bai Kaprow - Meat stir-fried with chili/garlic paste and Holy basil.

Pad Ped Moo - Pork stir-fried with red curry.

Pad Ped Tua Fak Yao - Yard-long beans stir-fried with red curry and bits of ground pork.

Pad Himalai - Chicken stir-fried with cashews in a sweet sauce.

Pad Neua Nam Man Hoi - Meat stir-fried with oyster sauce.

Pad Pak Nam Man Hoi - Vegetables (usually Chinese brocoli) stir-fried with oyster sauce.

Pad Priao Wan - Sweet & sour meats and vegetables.

Pak Boong Fai Dang - Water morning glory stir-fried at high heat. Thai version with garlic and chili, Chinese version without chili.

Moo Yang - Pork barbecued Thai style.

Gai Yang - Chicken barbecued Thai style.

Neua Thun - Stewed meat Thai style.

Palo - Chinese five-spice powder stew usually with hard boil eggs and pork.

Moo Kem - Salty pork.
