ATD vs. Tyros

Asalam-O-Alykum,

Today was another good sunny day for another exciting match. ATD arrived to the ground way before the match time and started practicing. Tyros came a bit late and that's why they suffered later on in the game. ATD won the toss and decided to bat, they were not sure about their decision, but they still batted, it came to be a very good decision. Imran and Mevan, both openers started scoring at 10 runs per over. When Tyros' main bowler arrived ATD's wickets started falling. Specially Mamoon, Bilal, and Tahseen bowled really well, In 20 overs, ATD made 178 runs.

This was a match winning score, but Nihal's team was determined to achieve it. Their start was very slow, runs were coming mostly from extras and singles. In 10 overs they made 59 runs, Imran, Temur, Lakshay, and Naseem did very tight line and length bowling. Nikesh and Bilal batted brilliantly and played some great shots. In the end, couple factor came forward in Tyros' loss: bad light, tight fielding and bowling from ATD, lots of wickets but almost no overs to achieve the target. Overall, well deserve win for ATD and hard luck Tyros.
