The High Contracting Parties, desiring further to strengthen the amity existing between them, do hereby establish a state of perpetual friendship and alliance between themselves, under the following terms:

Article I. That the High Contracting Parties shall refrain from all aggressive or hostile acts, direct and indirect, overt and covert, against each other.

Article II. That, if ever led into a situation of mutual estrangement, the High Contracting Parties shall seek speedily to resolve that situation by exclusively peaceful means.

Article III. That, should it come into possession of information suggesting the existence of a present threat of significant gravity to the other's sovereignty or national security, each of the High Contracting Parties shall inform the other of the same as soon as reasonably possible.

Article IV. That the High Contracting Parties shall respect each other's diplomatic position in respect of any and all other micro-nations.

Article V. That the High Contracting Parties shall respect each other's military and political endeavours in so far as they does not infringe upon their own.

Article VI. That in the event of international crisis, the existence of which may be declared by either, the High Contracting Parties shall each steadfastly support the other in all efforts to preserve their neutrality.

Article VIII. That this Treaty forms the foundation of the High Contracting Parties' relationships with each another.

Protocol A: The word 'alliance' in this document shall not be interpreted as implying the existence of a formal political or military bond between the High Contracting Parties which obliges either to furnish specific material support to the other.
