Return of the Living Dead 3

Mindy Clarke as Julie

Description:

Not since Re-Animator has a gore horror film had the impact and the style of this masterpiece of grisliness. The credit must go to producer-director Brian Yuzna as he maintains an unrelenting pace and builds the horror in calculating steps, taking the graphic effects to new heights as this bloody spine chiller unfolds. J. Trevor Edmond portrays a young man whose military father is involved in the latest experiments with Trioxin, the gas that brings the dead to life. In a secret lab, the new horros unfolding are witnessed by Edmond and his girlfriend Mindy Clarke. Soon, both are caught up in the ghastliness of events, trapped in an old sewer as the walking dead (who must dull the terrible pains they feel by eating human brains) close in. The last 20 minutes feature a gallery of human corpses on the move, and the effect is riveting.
