Returned to screen acting during the millenium by starring in a short independent horror-thriller that was under 15 minutes long called "Birds of a Feather" with cult actor Christopher Cooke who was well remembered for his roles in Simple Men and The Unbelievable Truth. Then she got other roles in independent feature films.

Has performed in numerous off-Broadway productions that were directed by her ex-husband including the world premiere of "Phone Sex".
