Considered by many to be Joseph Larraz's best film, this one has gained a reputation for its erotic, exploitative angle, but also works well as a grim Gothic horror. In plot and appearance, it's a companion piece to Larraz's other low budget work of The House that Vanished. Ted picks up Fran, an attractive hitchhiker. At her moldering country estate, he allows himself to be seduced by her and her lover Miriam.
