The NOMAD Battle Specialist is the cream of the crop of Desert Star's military. These are the men who pilot that tank across the burning desert to engage foes twice their number, while high above yet another Battle Specialist is slugging it out with a CS Nightwing in an Aerodyne! They are found on all fronts piloting or soldiering, the NOMAD troop through and through.

Attribute Bonuses: +2 to PS, +1 to PP, +10 SDC/MDC, and +2 to PE.
Combat Bonuses: +1 to parry and dodge, +2 to save vs Horror Factor.

Other Equipment: 3 Signal flares, utility belt, gas mask, air filter, radio: 50 mi range, two canteens, backpack, 1 month rations, Multi Optics band, tent, sleeping bag, Water purification unit, geiger counter, wooden mallet, 5 wooden stakes, and a silver plated survival knife. Vehicles are not usually simply issued, they are issued on a day to day basis, in most cases. However, power armor is a different story, if the character decides to select the skills for a power armor operative, then the armor is automatically issued and will be used in most missions in that fashion.
