The Carolina Embassy on the Outer Banks provides services and mediates conflicts between citizens of the LEGO City and the residents of the Outer Banks area. The building is of the same uniform design as the other embassies as the designer, Chris Fortier, wanted uniformity in design of the embassies. The ambassador, Legorge of Carolina, places the citizens of the LEGO City at the Outer Banks as his top priority. All government services are administered here at the Embassy. |
