Tenchi Muyo!

I first watched Tenchi Muyo in Aug 1997 thanks to a guy from Dan's work (Cory) who has a large number of anime on tape (only up to episode 13 of TM! though). Dan and I loved it! It's got really good music and animation and a cute and interesting storyline. My favorite characters are Sasami/Tsunami and Ryo-oh-ki!

I'm not going to tell the story (there's lots of sites with more info than I could put up) but I am going to show you my favorite pictures and tell you about my favorite parts.

One of the best songs in Tenchi Muyo! is the song that plays when Ryuko remembers watching Tenchi grow up (its on the main page).

The saddest parts are when Yosho is talking to Aeka just before he leaves Jyrui (song in NEW! page and also song on the page about my university career) and the part where Sasami almost dies and is saved by Tsunami.

The coolest part is when Tenchi creates Light Hawk wings when fighting the bad guys!

By far one of the funniest parts is when Aeka and Ryouko fight over tenchi and try doing things to win tenchi that they read in mangas. The other one is when Ryo-oh-ki (girl) tries to do the Macarena for the King of Jyrui and starts crying when he asks her what she is doing. Oh yes, and who can forget the part when Washu is scanning Ryo-oh-ki's brain after the MASU escape! All that was there was carrots and Tenchi!
