Mr. Yelovich developed SQRs and customized PeopleSoft HR and Payroll systems. Participated in establishing Workflow process for PeopleSoft Release 5.12 and Lotus Notes 4. Designed and implemented various reports for HR and Payroll modules using Crystal Reports and SQR. Provided training for end users and developers in PeopleSoft Reporting including PS Query and Crystal Reports. Assisted in PeopleSoft Application Upgrades. Developed and implemented Query Security. Participated in performance tuning of several modules and search views for PeopleSoft Applications in Oracle Environment. Redesigned and implemented a Custom Module for a Tracking HR information for consultants and Temp personnel. Assisted Project DBA in providing a stable systems environment. Focused on PeopleSoft Compensation, Unemployment, Applicant Tracking, and other HRMS modules, worked with users to evaluate vanilla PeopleSoft and necessary modifications to best suit company needs. Worked with PeopleTools to bring in new data and modify/add screens and panels. Created and implemented various turnovers and other HR reports in PeopleSoft through the Process Scheduler to bring it to the end users. Acted as security administrator for PeopleSoft, and coexisting Cyborg Payroll System. Provided special reports for users through SQL Plus, SQR, PS Query and Crystal Reports. Performed reporting and maintenance security from Cyborg (Mainframe) System.
