Trading Policy

- I will never, under any circumstance, send any of my items first. I am a reputable trader, buyer, and seller. I will put my feedback and reference links on this page. The feedback is from Ebay and the references are from MOTL (Magic Trading Online League).
- Please, do not make ANY idiotic offers. I do take the time to review all offers and consider them. However, it takes up a lot more time if I have to deal with stupid offers.
- Whenever we trade, I prefer that everythign is done by Priority Mail UNLESS it is specified otherwise. The only items I don't mind sending by Snail MAil are Cards of any kind. Otherwise, please stick to Priority Mail.
- Everything must be in the specified condition. If someone tells me that their comic book is MINT and I recieve it in Fair condition, I will KEEP your merchandise and I will not send my part of the deal. I'm not a cruel person. I just can't afford to be sending your items back if they are not in the specified condition. However, if you do say it is MINT and it is in Near Mint condition I will follow through with the trade UNLESS it is a severe defect. Then I will send your merchandise back. 99% of the time I will send merchandise back IF it is not in the specified condition.
- I try to be organized as much as possible. Sometimes organization slips away. However, with this system it won't ever slip away. While making a transaction, and both the seller and buyer reach agreement terms, both mucht send their addresses. I must ready the package to send out as soon as I recieve your items. Also, please put the dialogue that we had in reaching our agreement terms. It makes everything mush easier and organized.
- If you purchase any of my items, you must also pay for shipping. I usually send everythign, unless specified otherwise, Priority Mail. It costs $3.95 for Priority Mail, and extra $.40 for Delivery Confirmation, an extra $1.00 for every $100 of insurance, and $1.75 for Signature Confirmation. If you want your merchandise overnight, then we will have t oreach some sort of set price for that. International buyers must pay no less that $8.00. I have to register your items as well.
- Please keep in contact while makinga transaction. E-mail within every 5 days is sufficient. Just don't spam my mailbox, I hate that ^^.
- If we don't reach an agreement because the buyer fears of getting ripped off, then we can send thirda party. I don't mind all that much, BUT I will only use one third party system. I can't currently locate any on the web, but please send me some links of third party trading.
- I rarely EVER trade by price for cards or sports memorobilia. I trade by value. Try to make decent offers based on value. Not based on price. I do NOT like to sell my items, but I don't mind selling them.
- Lastly, if we make our deal successfully, please reply in the guestbook. I need my reputation to grow if I want to do this correctly.
This policy will update as the years go by. For now, it is the LAW ^^.
