Remove the 10 tiles that are in-between to solve for 11, 12 & 13 tiles. Insert those same 10 tiles to solve for 21, 22 & 23 tiles. Repeat and Cascade these same 10 tiles to expand the answers into an infinite series of 31, 32 & 33 tiles plus any multiple of 10.
Remove the 10 tiles that are in-between to solve from 4 through 9 tiles. Insert those same 10 tiles to solve from 14 to 19 tiles. Repeat and Cascade these same 10 tiles to expand the answers into an infinite series of 24 through 29 tiles plus any multiple of 10.
Exception: The infinite-18 formula does not work for the initial 8 tiles by themselves. I did indeed find one that satisfies all 8's from single-digit through infinity, but excluded it because it was way too fugly.
