Bahtwin VIP meets a "tulip" in Paris, Earth

In this picture a-Bahtwin Paha-Hular, who was visiting Earth as part of a Soro delegation negotiating rights to Terragen genetic material, is introduced to a tulip --a flower used by Earthlings for ornamental landscaping.  Since Paha-Hular had never encountered a tulip before, he is puffiling to gain more sensory information about the flower.  The viewer cannot help but notice Paha-Hular is wearing a beret and pin bearing the Seal of the Terragen Confederation.  The Bahtwin visitor is also wearing the Egg of Clan Soro as the pendant on his necklace.  Paha-Hular wore his beret throughout his visit to Terragen space.
