RULES:
Yes, there are rules. Not too many, very simple as well.
1. Please do not post graphics that other people have made, even if you give credit. Make some yourself, be creative !!
2. Please do not submit any graphics that are poorly made as if you did not put any effort into it at all.
3. Please try to spell everything correctly.
4. Include "Nyappy Nation USA" and "myspace.com/ancafeamerica" somewhere on the banner, only "Nyappy Nation USA" if you are making a button or icon.
5. Try to make the graphics good quality. I suggest saving it as a PNG.
