TV Guide "Love in the ER"
October 14-20 1995

(about the scene where Doug and Carol will get back together)
JM: I hope it's completely opposite from what anyone would ever imagine. These characters are so passionate about each other. I hope for a hot, great scene.
GC: I'm hoping to see a hot, great scene, too. In fact, I'm willing to rehearse. And I mean rehearse the hell out of it.

TVG: Julianna, you once said you had a hard time with decisions. What did you decide right away about George?
JM: That I was a lucky chick.

Quotes from "To Kill a Mockingbird"(1962)

You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... 'til you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it.
--Atticus Finch

Jean Louise. Jean Louise, stand up. Your father's passing.
--Reverend Sykes

There's a lot of ugly things in this world, son. I wish I could keep 'em all away from you. That's never possible.
--Atticus Finch

I remember when my daddy gave me that gun. He told me that I should never point it at anything in the house. And that he'd rather I'd shoot at tin cans in the backyard, but he said that sooner or later he supposed the temptation to go after birds would be too much, and that I could shoot all the blue jays I wanted, if I could hit 'em, but to remember it was a sin to kill a mockingbird. Well, I reckon because mockingbirds don't do anything but make music for us to enjoy. They don't eat people's gardens, don't nest in the corncrib, they don't do one thing but just sing their hearts out for us.
--Atticus Finch

Fav moments from To Kill a Mockingbird

I liked the movie in general, but there were those certain parts.....
After Tom Robinson's trial, when Atticus was packing his bag up, all the black people watching on the balcony stood up, and the Reverend said to Scout, "Jean Louise, stand up. Your father's passing."
The whole trial was good, and Gregory Peck as Atticus was awesome, so was Tom Robinson.
When Bob Ewell spat in Atticus' face at the Robinsons' home, that was a strong scene....
The ending with Scout in Atticus' lap, and with Scout walking Boo Radley home before that...

"Who Am I?" (a lesser known Jackie Chan movie)

"I might have amnesia, but I'm not STUPID..."

"Pokemon The First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back"(yeah, yeah, yeah)

"...I see now that the circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant; it is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are."
--Mewtwo

"Shanghai Noon"

Chon Wang (Jackie Chan): See! I told you it would work!
Roy O'Bannon (Owen Wilson): No, you said "wet shirt not break," not "piss shirt bend bar"!

"Out of Sight"

Jack Foley: It's like seeing someone for the first time, and you look at each other for a few seconds, and there's this kind of recognition like you both know something. Next moment the person's gone, and it's too late to do anything about it.

"The Confused Philosopher"Royal Canadian Air Farce

Is it cruel to serve alphaghetti to a person whos illiterate?
What did tornadoes hit before there were trailer parks?
Do fish ever choke on fish bones?
Do fish get cramps after eating?

"The Matrix"

(about not believing in Fate)
Neo: Because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my own life.

Fav moments

Who could forget the lobby scene with Neo, Trinity, and the bullets? Wow. That's senseless violence for you......but nicely choreographed senseless violence--in a movie--that is.
The other good scene was the kung fu match between Neo and Morpheus. But...but...Morpheus, you're too fast...
