Dear Mr. Halim,
We are a group of Moroccan Tourists that are dissatisfied with the standards of your company's package holidays, We have a complaint to make about the terrible service of your tour company which can be classified as low. We are complaining for the following
First, you promised us "peace and relaxation in a small village of great beauty in the south of Morocco", but we were taken to a village that was almost an isolated wasteland. The peace and relaxation which we had been promised were just an illusion. We suffered a lot because we were short of water and food and the nearest shop to the village was 16 kilometers far way. Worse than that, there was nothing beautiful about it, and the insects and all sorts of bugs were our real hosts.
Moreover, you promised to take us to Sahara by a comfortable bus for a walk on golden sand dunes at the sunset, which your company didn’t keep. We arrived long after the sun had set because the bus was old and it easily broke very so often along the journey.
In addition to this, your brochure promised traditional Sahara hospitality in tents, which we didn’t enjoy at all. We hadn’t had that privilege to have a typical locally made meal under a traditional tent. It would have been great but unfortunately we missed that as well because the services you advertised were completely contrary to what we saw on the ground.
Last of all, your brochure said we would enjoy the company of a friendly smiling English speaking guide, whereas the guide who accompanied us almost never smiles and he spoke broken English and we could hardly understand a word from what he was saying. He was only busy playing games on his mobile phone.
We are sorry to say this but the holiday was a nightmare. We didn’t enjoy the marvels of our beautiful country and we want to inform you that we actually intend to call our colleagues in Tangier and all over the kingdom to avoid your tour company in the future if you don’t provide evidence that you are going to respect all your commitments.
