  • Dasypoda Latreille, 1802: p.424; Type species: Andrena hirtipes Fabricius, 1793 = Apis altercator Harris, 1780, by designation of Blanchard, 1840: p.414. [Melitta swammerdamiella Kirby, 1802, designed as the type species by Curtis (1831:p.367) was not originally included in Dasypoda but is a synonym of Andrena hirtipes Fabricius = Apis altercator Harris.]

  • Podasys Rafinesque, 1815: p.123, unnecessary replacement for Dasypoda Latreille, 1802; Type species: Andrena hirtipes Fabricius, 1793, autobasic.
