TOWN is inspired by the culinary talents of owner, Chef Jin Zhāng Hoi and his extraordinary passion for authentic Chinese food coupled with seemingly opposing cultural cuisines to create an exquisite temptation of fine tastes. Chef Hoi strives to create a culinary experience that showcases the traditional Chinese essence while incorporating unique subtle variations setting it apart from the traditional Chinese cuisine experience.
Along with our customary fare, our guests can also enjoy an exclusive dining experience at our Infusion Bar either as a main course or as a tasty addition to our five course offerings.
