Sorbet with Bosbeer

Ingredients for 6

Sorbet:

cassis (berries) 400 gr

water 200 gr

sugar 300 gr

bosbeer 1,5 dl

Sauce    

cassis (berries) 200 gr

bosbeer 2 dl

Oubié cookies:

flour 30 gr

flour sugar 30 gr

butter (melted) 15 gr

vanille 1 drup

white of an egg ½
 

Preparation

Sorbet:

Boil the sugar + the water

Add the cassis

Pass it trough a sieve

Add the bosbeer

Go trough a sorbetière

Sauce:

Warm the cassis and the bosbeer

Let it boil for a minute

Oublié cookies

Sift the flour and the flour sugar

Add the butter, milk and the vanille

Spread it on a plate and bake it on 180 °C
