Monarchist League launches new website
The Monarchist League of New Zealand is pleased to announce the launch of its new website – www.monarchy.org.nz. Titled Monarchy NZ, the site is the League’s latest activity aimed at promoting the marvellous institution that is New Zealand’s constitutional monarchy.
League chairperson, Professor Noel Cox, believes that this “is an opportunity for all New Zealanders to better understand the importance of our constitutional system. In understanding the structure, symbols, persons, and place of the monarchy in modern-day New Zealand, we are all playing our part in preserving our healthy democracy.”
The sites was launched on 14th November, the birthday of the heir to throne, Prince Charles.
The site will continue to be updated, and can be found at www.monarchy.org.nz
